The parties to this
Agreement agree to conduct this transaction
by electronic means in accordance with
Section 43.0005(b) of the Texas Uniform
Electronic Transactions Act and the
Electronic Signatures in Global and National
Commerce Act. You acknowledge that your
consent to conduct this transaction with
Startup Essentials by electronic means is
limited to this Agreement only and that such
consent may be withdrawn at any time prior
to the time your electronic signature or
acceptance is transmitted to Startup
Essentials, upon receipt of your written
notice to Startup Essentials. THEREFORE, YOU
AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT UPON THE
APPLICATION AND TRANSMISSION OF YOUR
ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE, OR ELECTRONIC
ACCEPTANCE OF THIS CONTRACT, AS APPLICABLE,
[AND UPON STARTUP ESSENTIALS' and A-1
LEASINGS ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR APPLICATION], A
BINDING AND LEGALLY ENFORCEABLE CONTRACT
WILL BE FORMED. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED AT THE
EMAIL ADDRESS YOU PROVIDED THAT YOUR
ELECTRONIC APPLICATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND
ACCEPTED BY STARTUP ESSENTIALS. In order to
receive your electronic confirmation and
future electronic communication from Startup
Essentials, you must have Internet Explorer
version 6.0 or higher, Adobe Acrobat Reader,
a connection to the Internet, and a valid
email address. You acknowledge that you have
the right to receive, upon your written
request, an electronic record of this
Agreement in a non-electronic format.
Nothing in this Agreement may be construed
to require you to create this Agreement
electronically. |
